Chamber President named Chairman of Bahamas Power and Light

Congratulations to our Chamber President – Pedro Rolle, on his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bahamas Power and Light.

What a blessing to have an Exuma citizen and resident assume such a vital role in the continued development of our country.

You were always destined for great things – and now the rest of the Bahamas has caught on.

Once again, congratulations and continue to make the Exuma Chamber of Commerce – and Exuma proud.

Treasurer Teddy Clarke represented the Chamber in a meeting with newly appointed Acting Director General of Tourism and her team, gave a State of Exuma update – as well as led them on a personalized half day island tour.

Chamber officers meet with executives of AML Foods

Meeting was held to discuss plans for enhancing and expanding the AML Food brand ( Solomon’s, Cost Right, Fresh Market,Dominos)– and by extension - Exuma Markets  in George Town – which the company recently purchased.

Strategic partnership initiatives were also discussed.
