
Ehren Hanna
President
Ehren Hanna, currently the Exuma Branch Manager for RBC, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the position. He has consistently demonstrated a commitment to leadership and community development.
After graduating high school in 2008, Ehren took over his family business and renamed it Ehren’s Grooming Center which focused on male grooming services and products while pursuing finance studies at the College of The Bahamas. His banking career began in 2010 at CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, where he held multiple roles across personal banking and client credit management including customer service representative, credit counselor, real estate liaison and sales specialist. Joining RBC in 2018 as a Relationship Manager, Ehren quickly advanced to Assistant Branch Manager in 2019 and was appointed Branch Manager of the Exuma Branch in June 2022.
Ehren’s community contributions extend beyond banking. Ehren has also served as Chairman of the Beach Soccer Committee for the Bahamas Football Association and has volunteered with organizations such as the Youth Empowerment Program, Dynamos Youth Football Club, Compassion International to name a few. He is also leading the new Exuma Youth Soccer Program.
Ehren has also served as a director of the Exuma Chamber of Commerce since 2022. He is the Chief Operating Officer of StreetSmart, Vice Chairman of CAD Tech Solutions Ltd. And has played a significant role in developing the recently released StreetSmart tourist app. He is also a certified financial services coach and certified international risk manager. He is married and has one daughter.

Yvette Rolle
Vice President
An island gal by heart, Yvette is considered an advocate for promoting the island of Exuma. The love for her island has been displayed in her years of work as a radio personality at the islands radio station and local newspaper. She has worked as a radio talk show host, writer and PR/marketing exec, all at the same time.
She is actively involved in various aspects of Local Government in addition to a number of charitable organization including the Kiwanis Club of Exuma and the Exuma Sustainable Tourism Advisory Board.
After college, Yvette worked for a number of years at one of the leading media houses in New Providence. She returned to her home island about seventeen years ago, where she volunteers her time wherever it is necessary .
Yvette currently work as a freelance writer and an entrepreneur . She enjoys socializing, travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tamara
McGaw-Robinson
Secretary
Tamara McGaw-Robinson is the manager of Dive Exuma, a PADI diving resort in Exuma.
Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Tamara has lived in the Bahamas for over 18 years. Firstly in South Andros working for Tiamo Resorts as a nature guide and then at Dive Exuma as divemaster before becoming manager. Her background and degrees in
science helped her find her way to the Bahamas; studying Zoology at Aberystwyth University and then Zoo Conservation Biology at Plymouth University.
Living on Exuma for the past 17 years, Tamara has 2 children and as such can be often be found cheering them on during their competitions in local rowing and sailing clubs.
She is an active member of the Bahamas Girl Guide Association serving as Brownie leader since 2015 and more recently Assistant District Commissioner.
She is a volunteer surge consultant with USAID/BAH during hurricane season and has served as Secretary to The Exuma Chamber of Commerce since 2018.

Teddy Clarke

All have held or still hold senior management positions or outright ownership in their organizations and companies.

Emmett Saunders
Director
Born in Exuma, but moved to Nassau to further his education at Government High School - Emmett returned home to help … in any way possible … Exumians and Exuma realize its pot of purpose and promise.
Recently retired from the Exuma Tourist Office as Senior Manager, he has more than 45 years of progressive positions in the hospitality industry: inclusive of destination marketing, hotels and aviation.
His skills in tactical and strategic planning, communications and executing plans necessary for success has afforded Emmett to hold management positions based in international cities such as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Toronto and Vancouver.
For business purposes, Emmett has travelled globally- throughout all the United States (including Hawaii), Canada, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean and of course ALL islands of The Bahamas.
Including in his achievements was being selected the first Bahamian to head a Promotion Board, i.e. The Out Island Promotion Board.
In addition to his normal work, he collaborates on evaluating events such as the St. Lucia Jazz Festival, makes presentations on Marketing e.g., Branding the Caribbean – at the University of Hong Kong, and a recurring guest lecturer at the university of Missouri.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism and Transportation Management from Niagara University, New York.
He has a passion for cooking.

Pedro Rolle
Director
Pedro Rolle, a native Exumian, has a varied and dynamic background. After attending
the Mt. Thompson All-age School, he attended and graduated from St. Augustine’s
College in Nassau and Fisk University in Nashville, Tn. Upon graduating from college,
Pedro taught in the public school system as a Math and Accounting Teacher. Over the
years Pedro has worked as Vice-president of an import/export international Business
Company; President & CFO of a Foreign Exchange company, CFO of Mr. Rooter
Franchise, in Miami, Florida and currently is president of Seaside Real Estate, George
Town, Exuma.
Since 2012 Pedro has served as president of The Exuma Chamber of Commerce.
Since October 2021 Pedro has been serving as Chairman of Bahamas Power & Light.
Pedro is excited by the history and possibilities Exuma has to offer. His commitment to
civic life is born out in his involvement over the years in such organizations as
Toastmasters International, Kiwanis and his local church and The Exuma Chamber of
Commerce.

Sarah Swainson
Director
Raised in a small tourist community in Northern Michigan and she attended the University of Michigan, graduating with a BGS with concentrations in Cultural Anthropology, Sociology, and Religion.
After university ... wanderlust set in and she joined the yachting industry, traveling as a private chef.
The adventure continued for ten years in locations such as Mexico, Alaska, East Coast of the US, The Bahamas and greater Caribbean.
In 2011, Sarah relocated to George Town, Exuma to renovate and reopen a small boutique hotel and restaurant.
Immediately falling in love with the island, people, and lifestyle, Sarah became involved with many community organizations that she remains a part of, today.
Swainson’s over 30-year background in luxury hospitality, compliments her role as Director of Business Development, Marketing for Makers Air.
Her mission is to always forge meaningful relationships in the communities that she serves and create memorable experiences for passengers, lending her expertise in the luxury space to the modern-day traveler.
With her passion for people, community, and life, there is little that she is not ready for!

Urban Smith
Director
Urban was born in Farmer’s Hill, Exuma. He received his early education at Roker’s Point Primary School and Secondary education at L.N. Coakley High School. He lives on this beautiful Island and is married to Thelma Smith and has four wonderful children.
He received his training in Mechanical And Electrical training from City & Guilds. Urban has 30 years of experience in power generation. He did his Master Mechanics at Caterpillar Headquarters at Peoria, Illinois and addition training at Caterpillar’s Miami Acquisition Skills Center and Master Mechanic in RUSTON Engines at Stockport, England, United Kingdom. He is currently employed at Bahamas Power &
Light as a Station Diesel Mechanic.
Urban also served as Vice President of Bahamas Electrical Workers Union for nine years, Vice President
of The Farmer’s Hill & Old Place Community Association and currently serving as a Deacon of Ebenezer Union Baptist Church, Farmers Hill, Exuma.
Urban and his wife Thelma are the owners of Trinity Ultimate Cleaning Services Ltd. in Exuma. The
company was established in 2004 and has extensive knowledge and experience in the Cleaning Industry.
Trinity offers a variety of services in various industries such as hospitals, offices, construction sites and
hotels. Trinity has received various accolades over the years including “Business of the year” by the
Exuma Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards 2017. Mrs. Thelma Smith has also received the
“Pacesetter” Award by the Min. of Youth, Sports and Culture for Youth in Business. Trinity prides itself
on giving back to the community and as such has received awards for its charitable donations. Trinity
continues to strive for heights of excellence in the industry and has proven to be pioneers and trend
setters with great enthusiasm and hospitality to the Exuma community.
Urban takes great delight in serving his community and is passionate about the growth of small and
medium businesses on the island. He believes that all things are possible if you believe in God and in
